Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

 

No. If you are subscribing for any program with us, diet plan comes added along with any required lifestyle changes.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

It depends on what your fitness targets are and your regime. Usually required are a yoga mat, a pair of 1 or 2 kg dumbbells, a Pilates band.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?
 
We don't deal much in weight training. We deal in fitness programs like Weight Loss, Aerobics, Pilates, Prenatal and Postnatal fitness programs.

Do you deal with both men and women?

Yes, we train men, women and children as well.

Do you provide online classes?

Yes, we provide online classes.

How effective are online fitness classes?

You won't feel any difference between online mode and in-person mode. The effect is going to be the same. Moreover, since we don't deal much in weight training, chances of injuries are zero. Our sessions are a mix of various forms of exercises and hence suit everyone.
